The high school and universities really should teach more useful English.

All of the people here are probably working people.
みんなそれぞれの生い立ちがあり，環境があり，異なる宿命を背負っている。
They all have their own different lifestyles, environments and unique destinies.
だれが何を考えようと，何をしようと，みな歴史の流れの中に消えてしまうんだ。
No matter how each person may think or what he may do, everyone here will disappear with the passing of time.
これが人間の生き方というものだろうなあ。
