遠隔透視、透聴、未来予知、その他の超能力
Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Premonitions, Etc.
無知のために、人間は遠隔透視、透聴、未来の出来事を予知する能力などを神秘的な不可知な力のせいにしていました。
Through ignorance, man has endowed clairvoyance, clairaudience, the ability to foresee future events, etc., with mystical, unknowable powers.
予感が常に正しくあたる人に畏れをなし、この能力が神秘的な超感覚力から出るものとする傾向が一般にあります。
We are inclined to view with awe that person whose hunches are invariably right, and attribute this ability to a mysterious extrasensory origin.
しかし意識的にせよ無意識的にせよ、これらの能力のいずれかまたは全部の応用はたんに人間個々の内部で働く知覚力すなわち警戒作用にすぎません。
But the use of any or all of these, whether consciously or unconsciously, is merely perception, or alertness, working in the individual.
これは個人的な事柄として真実であるのみならず、この知覚作用は宇宙的な状態にまでおよぶものです。
This is true not only in regard to personal affairs, but this perception can also encompass universal conditions.
このようなことを行なう方法を理解するには、触覚が知覚作用の経路であることを記憶しなければなりません。
To understand how this can be accomplished, we must remember that feeling is the channel of perception.
なぜなら視覚器官がいかに発達したところでまだ具体的な現象になっていない物の影像はどうしても感受することはできないからです。
For regardless of how refined the organs of sight may become, they cannot possibly receive the image of anything that is not yet a concrete manifestation;
しかし万物の青写真、すなわち設計図はあらかじめ描かれているために、この設計図を得ることはできます。
yet, because the blueprint, or plan for all manifestation is drawn in advance, such information is obtainable.
真の透視の場合には、個人的な自我は”宇宙の因”との無我の関係によってコントロールされねばなりません。
In the case of true clairvoyance, the personal ego must be controlled by an impartial interest in Cosmic Cause.
知識の上におかれた唯一の制限は、個人的なすなわち個別化された意識による制限です。
The only limitation placed upon knowledge, is that put there by the personal, or particularized consciousness.
宇宙を受動的な活動状態における宇宙の力の無限の広がりとし、静の状態をあらわしているものとして考えてみましょう。
Let us imagine the universe as an infinite expanse of space-force in a passive state of activity, denoting a condition of calmness.
宇宙の力の満ちたその静かな海の中の積極的すなわち攻勢的な運動は、すべて宇宙全体に衝動すなわち波動を生み出します。
Every positive, or aggressive motion within that calm sea of space-force will produce an impulse, or vibration, throughout the whole span of the universe.
そして、光線にせよ想念波動にせよあらゆる衝動は摩擦によってそのエネルギーを消滅させるか、または接触によってそれを変形させるまでは空間を進行しつづけますので、時間を考えに入れるなら、あらゆる放射線は宇宙内の他の放射線すべてといつかは接触するものであることがわかります。
And as every impulse, whether of light of thought vibration, will continue traveling through space until it has dissipated its energy either through friction, or has transmuted it by contact, when we introduce the time element we can understand that at some time practically every ray will contact every other ray in the universe.
磁気的、電気的な放射線のこの幾何模様が万象の原因なのです。
This geometric pattern of magnetic and electric rays is the cause of all manifestation.
それで、人間はこれらの波動を意識的に知覚することができますから、未来の出来事を予知したり過去の事柄をふり返ったりするためには、時間空間の干渉という幻影に打ち勝つ必要があるだけなのです。
So, inasmuch as the human is capable of perceiving these vibrations consciously, there is only the necessity of overcoming the illusion of time-space interference in order to foresee future events - or look back on past happenings.
