宇宙の創造主を認識すること

人間は宗教的または精神的な面を扱うときに、自己の信念のいかんにかかわらず他から妨害されてはなりません。
And in dealing with the religious or spiritual side, one should not be disturbed regardless of his faith.

われわれが神と呼んでいる創造主は、人間に知られている、またはまだ知られていない万物を創造しました。
For the Creator whom we call God, created everything that is known and yet to be known.

それで全創造物の父を知るためには、人間は父の創造物とその目的を探求する必要があります。
And to know the Father of all creation, one must study His creation and its purpose.

創造主の最高の創造物としての人間はその責任を一任されています。
We, as his highest creation are intrusted with that responsibility.

その探求は、一画家の名が個人的に知られていないのにその人の描いた有名な絵画に注意深い鑑賞がなされるのと同様です。
The study should be no different than a carefull observation of a famous painting would be when the artist is not known in person.

鑑賞がすすめばすすむほど人は絵画を描いた本人をよく理解するようになるからです。
For the more that it is studied, the better one understands the mind responsible for the painting.

われわれは個人的に宇宙の創造主を見ることはできませんので、創造物を通じて創造主を探求しなければなりません。
As we cannot see the Creator the God of the Cosmos in person, we then must study Him through His creation.

そしてこの創造物はわれわれが自然と呼んでいるもののなかに現れています。なぜならそれが”至上なる英知”の具体的表現であるからです。
And this manifests in what we refer to as nature, for it is the embodiment of His Supreme Intelligence.

前述しましたように、創造主はすべてを包容し、現れた創造物は創造主の”因なる英知”から出た”結果”であるために、われわれは個人としての創造主を見ることはできません。
As stated, we cannot see Him as a person for he embraces all, and manifested creation is the Effect from His Cause Intelligence.

人が医師になろうとする場合、人間の目や鼻だけを学ぶのではなく、人体の複雑な部分のすべてを学びます。
When one studies to become a doctor he does not study just a man's eyes or nose, but he studies every intricate part of the body.

これはあらゆる神経、筋肉その他やそれらの目的、機能などを含んでいます。
This includes every nerve, muscle, etc., and their purpose or function.
