Here you can see that the lowest talent is equal to the highest From this you should know what the word equality really means.

And this is far from the average definition of the word.

Another example for the sake of clarity.

When King Solomon's Temple was finished he expressed a wish to have the man who had done the most in bringing about its completion, honored in a ceremony and seated in a chair next to his own on the Throne.

All of the men of different talents presented themselves in clothing appropriate for the occasion, each hoping for the honor.

But a blacksmith entered dressed in his working clothes.

A burned apron and dirty hands from the forge, and seated himself in the chair.

This caused a stir and complaint among the other men.

The King turned to the blacksmith and asked him by what right he seated himself there.

With this the blacksmith arose and questioned the other workmen by saying, "who fashioned your trowel and your compass?"

They replied "you did".

Then he said, "could you have built this Temple without these?"

Their answer was "no.

Then he said, the honor belongs to me.

This equality is lived on Venus and Saturn, for each talent is respected as a Divine gift from the Creator unto creation.

And it manifests in ever field of endeavor ― sports, art, etc.

There is not the feeling of competition that we of earth express.

But rather a feeling or desire for a finer quality of expression of individual talents towards the fulfillment of the Divine purpose.

It is only the ego mind that desires honors for its accomplishments.

Jesus brought this truth to the people when he said that the man who desired honors from earthly men, had none coming in heaven.

He also said not to worry about tomorrow, for the sparrow neither sows nor reaps, yet the Father takes care of each of them.

But this calls for definite faith in the consciousness.

For he also said, "are you not more than the raiment?"

This is the law by which all Venusians live.

As you can now see, everyone in his daily life is important in one form or another.

The thing that we must do is to learn the importance of each one, as the advanced space people do on their planets.

In this way each individual effort is honored as he serves others. Directly or indirectly.

You may say here, what about the people among us who are criminals and those who harm others?

These actions could be considered mistakes on the part of the actor since he has been taught to guide himself by effects.

And most everyone has been guided by effects, so we have all made mistakes.

But if we are wise and desire understanding we shall then learn the reason for our mistakes and make the corrections.

And we can be thankful for the experience that taught us a lesson.

For without this we would not know the better way.

History does not necessarily have to be repeated, for it is man's action that make history.

We will cover this more thoroughly in the coming lessons but at the moment we will continue with the mind.
