意識が結果を生み出す

医師によってはさらに人体を深く研究し、自己の”意識”を持って人体を観察する人がいます。（訳注＝この”意識”の意味はあとで説明してある）。
Some doctors go deeper when studying the manifested form of man and observe him with his consciousness.

こうして医師は現象の奥にある不可視なものすなわち”因”を知覚します。
Thus he perceives the invisable or cause back of the effect.

このようにしてあらゆる動脈、筋肉、各器官の目的を知り、各部分がどんなふうにして全身に関連しているかを学びます。
In this way he learns the purpose of every artery, muscle and organ and how each is related to the whole form.

こうして一部分が故障するならば医師はその処置法を知るのです。
Thus when one part is out of order he knows what to do.

われわれが自然を知るためにはこれと同じ研究方法に従う必要があります。そうすればわれわれは、われわれの周囲をとりまいていて人間を創造主から分離した生き物にしてしまったもろもろの謎から解放されることになります。
We must follow this same procedure of study in order to know nature and thus be able to free ourselves from the mysteries that have surrounded us and made us an entity separated from our creator.

そのときわれわれは原因と結果を理解するようになるでしょう。
Then we shall come into an understanding of Cause and Effect.

われわれの精神的に各種の感覚は万物とその目的を知覚するでしょう。
And our mental senses will perceive all forms and their purpose.

そしてわれわれは現象の奥にある原因を意識的に理解するようになるでしょう。
And consciously we will understand the cause back of the manifestation.

そのようにしてわれわれは意識の助けをかりて心を発達させるのみならず、同時に意識的な知覚力を拡大させるのです。
So we not only are going to develope our minds with the help of consciousness, but also expand our conscious perception at the same time.

こうして心と意識が一体化するとき、その二つを通じてわれわれは創造主に直面することになるのです。
And in this way we shall see the Creator face to face through the mind and the consciousness as they become one.

以上がスペースピープル（訳注＝太陽系の偉大な発達をとげた他の惑星の人々。詳細は本全集１巻に述べてある）が自己を発達させるのに用いている方法です。
This is the method that the planetarions or space people use in their development.

われわれがこの講座全体を通じて常に記憶せねばならぬことは、人間の心または各感覚器官は結果（現象）にたよってきたけれども、一方意識はそうではなく、それは結果を生み出しているということです。
We must always remember through the entire course that the human mind or the senses have been depending upon effects, while the consciousness does not ― it produces the effects.

意識は無言のままで、すなわち印象でもって語りかけるのであって、それは神として知られる”至上なる存在”の言語なのですが、一方、心は音響としての結果（現象）の言語で語っています。
Consciousness speaks in silence, or impressions, which is the language of The Supreme Being know as God, while the mind speaks the language of effects, which is sound.
