人間の能力はすべて平等
大ビルディングの建設を私が意味していることの例としてあげましょう。このビルが新しい型の建築なら特によい例になります。
The construction of a large building can be used as an example of what we mean, especially when it is to be a new type of architecture.
まず完成した建築物が意識によって人間の心のスクリーン上に描かれます。
The completed building is pictured on the screen of a man's mind by the consciousness.
そしてひとたび心がその絵を見るならば、その建築物のデザインを保持するために、印象類を図示した青写真が作られます。
Once the mind sees the picture clearly a blue print of the impressions is drawn in order to retain the design of the structure.
家の設計画を描くときと同様に、これは原因にたいする最初の結果です。
As in the drawing of the house plans, this is the first effect of the cause.
そこで青写真は建築物を具体化せしめるために有能な責任者の手にまわされます。
Then the blue print is placed in talented responsible hands to bring about the manifestation.
するとこの人は建築に必要な職人や資材を調達します。
This individual in turn procures artisans and materials for the construction.
彼が雇う最初の職人たちはいわば最低の技能者です。
The first workers that he engages are what could be called of the lowest talents.
なぜなら彼らは建物の基礎を埋めるためのミゾ堀り人夫であるからです。
For they will be the ones responsible for the ditch in which the foundation of the building will be laid.
しかしこの人たちがいないことには建物は建ちません。
And without which the building could not be built.
次に建物を完成させるために多くの技術者が使用されます。
From here on many talents will be employed to complete the structure.
その入り口の内壁に描かれる壁画は歴史的な事象を表現した美しい絵画で、これが最後の仕上げです。
The final touch of historic recordings and beauty will be the murals painted upon the inner walls of the entrance.
このために最高の芸術家が使用されます。
And for this the finest artist will be engaged.
しかしこの芸術家でさえも、使用する絵具の顔料が、必要な各種の精製過程を通じて労働者により処理されなかったならば、本人の全能力をもってしても要求される作品を作り出すことはできません。
But even he with all of his talent cannot produce what is asked of him if the pigments of his paint had not been processed from the pick and shovel man through the various refining steps necessary.
このことは彼が用いる必要のある筆その他の道具類についても言えます。
And this is true with the brushes and other equipment which he must use.
しかもこうした道具がなければ才能は価値のないものとなってしまうでしょう。
And without these his talent would be of no value.
