クセの悪い習慣細胞もある

ところが人体の内部には宇宙的な原理に反して働く細胞群があります。
There are cells in the human make up that work in opposition to the cosmic principle.

それは心によって創造された”習慣細胞”であって、自分たちの勝手な方法で自分を支配しようとしています。
They are habit cells created by the sense mind that are trying to govern themselves by methods of their own.

宇宙的な秩序ある組織体の中では恐怖は存在しません。すべての人間が知っている恐怖なるものは心によって作られた外来細胞からくるのです。
In the cosmic organization there is no fear, so the fears that all humanity knows come from foreign cells created by the sense mind.

また羨望、嫉妬、猜疑などを起こす多数の外来細胞もいて、それらは宇宙的な目的と一体化しようとする個人の成長を妨害します。
There are many foreign cells that cause envy, jealousy, suspicion and etc., that hinder the growth of the individual in becoming one with the cosmic purpose.

これらは長いあいだこの世で支配権を与えられてきたためにきわめて強力です。
These are very powerful for they have been given dominion in this world for ages.

この細胞群はまず自分自身に役立つ”心”を持っています。
And they have the sense mind serving them first.

しかし個人がこのことに気づいたならばこの細胞の化学成分は秩序ある宇宙への線にそって変化し始めます。
But when this is realized and worked with, the chemicals of these cells begin to change in line with the Cosmos.

右の外来細胞は、恐怖やその他、他人に対坑したときの不快な想念などを起こした場合の心によって培養されてきたものです。
The foreign cells have been cultivated by the sense mind through fear and other phases of unpleasant thoughts against others.

それらは人体に巣食うガン細胞と異なるものではありません。
They are no different than the foreign cells known as cancer in the human body.

したがって嫉妬などを起こすことを専門とする外来細胞を繁殖させ続ければ、ガンと同様に増殖します。
And if allowed to continue they multiply the same as a cancer does.

そしてその細胞が最後には全身を制圧することはよく知られた事実です。
And it is a well known fact that they will eventually take aver completely.

ところで高級霊と思われる物に夢中になって狂人のようになった霊媒がいたりすることがありますが、
There are records of mystics who have willed themselves to a spiritual guide and lost their individuality.

この高級霊なるものは、霊的な指導者を求めてやまない心によって創造された外来細胞にほかなりません。
And the supposed guide was nothing more than foreign cells created by the mind desiring a spiritual leader.

あなたは質問するかもしれません。「心は物を創造することができるのか？」と。
You may say, but can a sense mind create?

できるのです。なぜなら心とは一原因の結果であるがために心も同じ可能性を持つからです（訳注＝心もそれ自体が因子となって何かを生じさせるの意）。
Yes, for the mind is an effect of a cause and it carries the same potential.

嫉妬、憎悪などのすべては人間の創造物です。宇宙には本来そんなものは存在しないからです。
All jealousy, hate, etc., are man's creation, for in the Cosmos we find none of these.

そして普通の細胞や異常な細胞のいずれも人間のあらゆる行為を記録していて、心は必要とあらば知識を求めてその記録所まで出向いたりします。
And both the normal cells and the abnormal cells keep records of all actions to which the sense mind can go for information when the need arises.

ところが普通の細胞は本人に正しい知識を伝えますが、異常な細胞は過去の経験に基づいて誤った知識を与えます。
Normal cells will give the individual correct information, while the abnormal cells will give misleading information based on past experiences.

両方とも増殖によって生きています。
Both live by multiplication.

これは生き残りの法則であって、そのため異常な細胞は仲間をふやそうと努力し、いかなる干渉にも立腹しますが、正常な細胞は立腹したり干渉にたいして抵抗したりしません。
This is the law of survival, so the abnormal ones will strive to multiply and resent any interference, while the normal ones do not resent or resist interference.
